ABOUT AVA

 Ava is a passionate ambassador, activist, academic, and athlete who has dedicated herself to lending a voice to many causes, particularly raising awareness about the youth homelessness crisis, while committing herself at a high level to the sport of water polo and academic rigor. She is a student of life, always striving to learn more to satisfy her endless curiosity. Ava is a critical thinker who is always challenging herself in an effort to improve as a student, an athlete and an advocate. Her academic IQ translates in the pool where her athletic IQ is just as apparent. As a left-handed attacker, Ava puts an emphasis on facilitating plays and setting up her teammates. She’s is a strong leader inside the classroom, in the pool, and in her community.
